Tier 1: top contenders, Tier 2: in a good place, Tier 3: the bubble, Tier 4: not the tier to fear, and Tier 5: basement floor. The Sixers round out Tier 2, checking in at No. 8 behind the Minnesota Timberwolves (No. 7) and the Los Angeles Lakers (No. 6). <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe 76ers were the lone Eastern Conference playoff team that was outscored during the season,\u201d Law Murray wrote. \u201cAnd they looked like light work for the Celtics through four games of the quarterfinals.
