The 22-year-old averaged 12.2 points and 6.4 rebounds in 16 games for a \u201ctanking\u201d Grizzlies team late last season, including a 14-point effort on 6-of-9 shooting in a March loss at the Sixers.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Rupert, who is from Strasbourg, France, was a 2023 second-round draft pick. He played professionally in his home country and for the New Zealand Breakers before making the jump to the NBA.
