After he elbowed a Republic of Ireland player in a World Cup qualifier in March, he was to be banned for three games, which would have included his team\u2019s first two of the World Cup. <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>But FIFA invoked Article 27 of its disciplinary code, which says \u201cthe judicial body may decide to fully or partially suspend the implementation of a disciplinary measure,\u201d and made those two games probation.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Now FIFA is doing the same thing for Balogun. <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>The 25-year-old was ejected from the U.S.\u2019 round of 32 win for running the studs of his right cleat down the right calf of Bosnia\u2019s Tarik Muharemovi\u0107, then catching the back of Muharemovi\u0107\u2019s foot. <\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate-movers-usa.com\/?p=2070\">Business owners near the FIFA Fan Festival prepared for crowds.
