Detours will be announced closer to that date.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>The construction work is part of PennDot\u2019s $148.9 million project for bridge rehabilitation in the area, which includes improvements to the Walnut Street bridge over the Schuylkill. <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Construction began in March 2025 and is expected to end in April 2029.
