Due in late June, it\u2019s part of an ambitious assemblage by nightlife veteran Justin Jordan, who has opened <b>Celine<\/b> on the building\u2019s third floor and plans to open <b>HYO<\/b>, a Korean tabletop barbecue restaurant behind Hearsay, later this summer. (Access to HYO will be through a phone booth.) Broad St.): June 11 is the debut of this seasonal cocktail pop-up by Nico Diaz, former head bartender at the <b>Ranstead Room<\/b>, in partnership with Underground Concepts and chef Natalie Maronski at <b>the Annex<\/b>, in the Divine Lorraine at North Broad Street and Ridge Avenue. They promise technique-driven tropical cocktails paired with small bites from Maronski\u2019s kitchen. <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><b>Schmaltz<\/b> (1300 S. 18th St.): Expect a soft opening midmonth, with service through the takeout window at first, from this Jewish-inspired eatery in Point Breeze from Jeremy Asch and Abby Armstrong. Menu will include a latke, egg, and cheese sandwich on an English muffin; spicy pickle-brined crispy tofu sandwich with arugula and fennel; cheese blintzes with jam and sour cream; and Caesar salad with gribenes (aka chicken cracklings).<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><b>Luna at the Luxe <\/b> (1705 N. This Old City Irish pub, named for a Dublin folk song, pairs a classic Celtic bar feel with a kitchen led by sandwich specialist N.A.
