NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Saquon Barkley suffered a stinger on the opening offensive play for the Eagles and is questionable to return, according to the team.

Barkley was stuffed by Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons on a running play that went up the middle for no gain. The running back was slow to get up and appeared to be favoring his left arm.
After spending several minutes in the medical tent, Barkley then jogged off the field and later returned to the sideline after the first quarter. He appeared to be wearing a neck roll.
The Eagles’ first drive ended with a Jalen Hurts interception in the end zone on the 15th play. Amani Hooker returned the ball 92 yards, setting up a short field for Tennessee, which took advantage and grabbed an early 7-0 lead.

With Barkley sidelined, the Eagles have Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley at running back. Bigsby’s two-yard touchdown knotted the score at 7-7 early in the second quarter.
One play prior to Bigsby’s touchdown, Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert was banged up. He had a brief stay in the medical tent before returning to the bench. The Eagles said he was questionable to return with a knee injury.
